The Metro Delhi International School (MDIS), located in New Delhi, provides an American education programme. In early 2017, they moved to a new campus in Chattarpur. An existing basketball court and football field were the only play areas for children of all grades.

Petram developed the pre kindergarten play area, the lunch area, and the upper elementary play area for MDIS from design through construction.
